Adam N. Lewis specializes in complex real estate and business litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of disputes involving real estate (including construction, design, zoning, land use and commercial leasing), business matters (including contracts, fiduciary duties, unfair trade practices, employment, fraud and business torts) and criminal defense.
Adam practices in the state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before mediators and arbitrators. In addition, Adam has published several articles, and his work has been the subject of articles in such publications as The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and Banker and Tradesman, among others. The publisher of Boston Magazine has repeatedly named Adam a "Super Lawyer Rising Star." Adam has also served as a lecturer and panelist at conferences and seminars sponsored by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Boston Bar Association.
Before founding the firm, Adam spent several years as a member of the Trial Department at Hill & Barlow. Adam is a graduate of Tufts University (B.S., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and the Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., magna cum laude), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and won the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award.
