Adam N. Lewis specializes in complex business and real estate litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of disputes involving real estate (including construction, design, commercial leasing, zoning, land use, premises liability defense, acquisition and financing), business matters (including contracts, fiduciary duties, unfair trade practices, employment matters, noncompetition agreements, intellectual property, fraud, business torts and closely-held businesses) and criminal defense.
In addition to practicing in the state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before mediators and arbitrators, Adam has published articles on various aspects of litigation. He has also served as a lecturer and panelist at conferences and seminars sponsored by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Boston Bar Association.
Before founding the firm, Adam spent several years as a member of the Trial Department at Hill & Barlow. Adam is a graduate of Tufts University (B.S., summa cum laude) and the Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., magna cum laude), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and won the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award. The publisher of Boston Magazine named Adam a "Super Lawyer Rising Star" in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
